Printed guides are dispatched from 130 Bridge Rd, Pooraka SA 5095. Digital guides are delivered by email—no postage applies.

Delivery timeframes (Australia)

Metro Adelaide: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Other metro areas: 3–7 business days.
Regional and remote: 5–12 business days; allow extra time during peak periods.

Postage costs

Standard parcel rates apply based on weight and destination. We quote postage before you confirm payment. Free studio pickup is available during business hours.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we email the tracking number once your parcel leaves the studio.

Failed delivery

If Australia Post cannot deliver, they may leave a card for collection. Contact us if a parcel is returned so we can arrange re-delivery or a refund in line with our Return Policy.
