We take complaints seriously and handle them fairly under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our internal standards.
How to lodge a complaint
Email contact@ankleplanet.world, call +61 8 8262 2086, or write to 130 Bridge Rd, Pooraka SA 5095. Include your name, order reference (if any), and a clear description of the issue.
Our response process
- Acknowledgement: within 2 business days.
- Assessment: we review your complaint and any supporting documents.
- Outcome: we aim to provide a written response within 15 business days. Complex matters may take longer—we will keep you informed.
Consumer guarantees
Under the ACL, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and arrive as agreed. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
External avenues
If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact Consumer and Business Services (South Australia) or the ACCC via accc.gov.au. Privacy-related complaints may be directed to the OAIC.
